Stefano Biondi, EU Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the Menarini Group. After a brief spell in academic teaching and research (and a PhD in Comparative Law, where he specialised in medical law) and a few years in private practice, Stefano joined Menarini, where he has gained 9 years of experience in data protection in the pharma/life science sector. Since 2019 he has served as group DPO.

Dopo aver conseguito un dottorato di ricerca in Diritto Comparato (vertente su tematiche di "biodiritto"), e alcune brevi esperienze in ambito di ricerca e insegnamento accademico, ha esercitato per alcuni anni la professione di avvocato, dopodiché ha iniziato la propria esperienza professionale presso Menarini, dove da 9 anni si occupa di privacy nel settore farmaceutico. Dal 2019 svolge anche il ruolo di Data Protection Officer di gruppo.
