
Davide Baldini
Davide Baldini is a Partner at the international law firm ICT Legal Consulting (ICTLC), where he advises multinational corporations and innovative startups on data protection, IT contracting, telecommunications, media and technology (TMT), and AI law.
Davide is also a PhD candidate and attorney. He is currently pursuing a joint PhD program at the Universities of Florence and Maastricht, focusing on algorithmic discrimination and human oversight of AI systems. Between 2021 and 2022, he was a research fellow at the University of Florence. He is currently providing lectures at Maastricht University, in data protection and AI law.
