Dr. Cynthia Giagnocavo is the director of the Cátedra (Chair) of Agriculture, Cooperative Studies and Sustainable Development UAL-Coexphal, and a professor in the Faculty of Economics and Business Management at the University of Almería, Spain. She is WP leader of Competence Centers in SAH and member of the SAH gender committee. She is president of the European International Cooperative Alliance Research Committee. She is also a barrister and lawyer and worked for many years in the private financial and business sector before returning to academia. Her research is focused on transitions to sustainable agriculture, organisational change and sustainable business models.
