Jason Lynch serves as Equal 1 CEO. He has had a 23-year career of delivering high impact results in executive management, strategy, sales, operations and technical engineering roles. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and M.S. in Microelectronic Engineering from the National University of Ireland, Cork in 1999 and 2005 respectively. He has also earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Summa Cum Laude, from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, Massachusetts, USA in 2009. He was previously a General Manager with Analog Devices, working on an innovative internal start-up, driving AI for predictive maintenance. Prior to this he was Managing Director with Hittite Microwave.
