Vinícius Garcia de Oliveira  currently the Smart Cities Leader at CPqD. Recently he was the technology leader of the National Study in IoT coordinated by Brazilian Development Bank  (BNDES). In CPqD he coordinated several R&D projects related to computer networks. Graduated in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Telecommunications from Catholic University of Campinas (PUCCAMP), Master in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), MBA in Marketing from University of São Paulo (USP).
