As a certified scrum master, Florian believes in the power of agile product development to translate dynamic customer needs into value-adding solutions efficiently. Florian co-founded an IoT startup, worked as innovation manager for a train manufacturer and holds an M.Sc. and Diplôme Grandes École in entrepreneurship and economics from ESCP Europe.
