Dr. Frans Folkvord is working as a senior policy research for Open Evidence and PredictBy, both located in Barcelona. Furthermore, Frans is an assistent professor at Tilburg School of Humanities and Digital Sciences at Tilburg University, the Netherlands. Frans has worked for many years on several European projects and has published over 50 scientific articles and book chapters, wrote 3 books, more than 10 European reports, and has published several other publications to communicate scientific outcomes to a wider audience. Together with the PredictBy team, Frans is working within the PandeVITA project, predominantly to establish the pilot studies and conduct the validation of the application we are building within the project.
