Currently Data Protection Officer of Marseille, second biggest city of France, Thomas Honnet is a legal expert specialized in digital law and digital transformation. He is also an international expert on these issues (Vietnamese and Cambodian governments, United Nations, CAFI), and teaches many courses in France and internationally: a Digital Culture course at Sciences Po, a Digital Law course at the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, or a Cybersecurity Law course at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RULE).
