Marta Arniani is a Project Manager and strategist, who support ecosystems of stakeholders and individual companies in achieving impact. She is a Horizon 2020 expert and her interests lie in Digital Social Innovation, emerging technologies and innovation management. She designs open innovation projects, strategies and events creating a meeting ground for different disciplines and industries. Her take on project management & strategy is that they are not just a set of deadlines and boxes to tick. They involve community management, storytelling, creativity and resiliency. Previously, she has coordinated art and technology projects as well as social innovation ones.
