China is an important part of the world's Internet. As of August 2021, the number of active IPv6 users in China has reached 551 million, accounting for 54.52% of Chinese Internet users. The total IPv6 traffic of the three basic telecom enterprises' metropolitan area networks has exceeded 20Tbps, and the total IPv6 traffic in the LTE core network exceeds 10Tbps, accounting for 22.87% of the total network traffic. China has applied for IPv6 address resources and ranks first in the world. The top 100 commercial websites and applications in China can be accessed through IPv6. China is deploying IPv6 on a large scale. Significant results have been achieved in work. IPv6 is the foundation of the next-generation Internet and a network innovation system for the 5G and cloud era. Network capabilities can be improved through large-scale commercial deployment of IPv6 and IPv6 innovation. China expects to jointly develop the IPv6 next-generation Internet with the world, empower the digital transformation of the industry, create a new generation of high-quality network infrastructure, and comprehensively build a new foundation for a digital economy and a digital society. .
