During the session we will discuss the different ongoing EU initiatives in the area of digital data, focusing on the interplay between the existing privacy rules (GDPR) and those initiatives (in particular: EU Data Act, e-Privacy Regulation, Data Governance Act). The aim of the session is to sparkle discussion on EU data policy, taking into account the perspectives of the EU legislators, users and business organizations.
