The Welcome Desk to collect your badge and conference bags is available from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday 17 to Friday 21 April in Spazi Espositivi Room at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Dorsoduro 3246 – 30123 Venice. 

However, on Tuesday 18 April, if you are officially registered but you did not have time to come on Monday to pick your badge at Ca Foscari Registration Desk, we will also facilitate from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm to all the registered participants and speakers the access to Scuola Grande di San Rocco Campo San Roco, San Polo 3052 – 30125 Venice. 

Nevertheless,  these people will have to go later to pick their bags and official badges at Ca’ Foscari Registration desk.
