Attorney at law with more than 20 years of practice, he focused his practice on ICT Law (Internet Law, Data protection and Privacy Law, Copyright Law, E-government) and Administrative Law (transparency, FOI laws, participation).
He is Senior Partner of E-Lex Law Firm and General Secretary of Istituto per le politiche dell’innovazione.
Ernesto Belisario teaches privacy and digital transformation law at several universities and master courses.
He provides consultancy on data protection and serves as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for private companies and public administrations.
He is author of numerous books and publications and regularly participates as trainer and speaker at conferences and workshops.
He is also member of committees and working groups at national and international level in matters related to telematic justice, ICT Law, E-Government, and Open Government.
