Iulian Mocanu is a SCADA network administrator at the Dunărea Brăila Public Utility Company (CUP), in Romania. He has worked for over a decade in the IT&C industry and transitioned to the Water Sector in 2019. At CUP, he handles development and maintenance of the SCADA system, the GIS system, as well as being responsible for Information Security and Hydraulic Modeling. He is also a published author, tech historian and educator.
