Dr Oscar Lazaro is Director of Innovalia. He supported the EC DIH I4MS Programme set up and leads the WEF Advanced Manufacturing HUB (AMHUB) and IDSA Hub in Spain. He is board member of the Digital Factory Alliance (DFA) and EIT Digital Spanish CLC. He is member of the WMF AI WG and permanent representative of Innovalia in EFFRA and BDVA. He coordinated the BOOST 4.0 and RE4DY follow-up lighthouse initiatives. He is innovation manager leading EU OpenDEI Think Tank on multilateral Digital Value Chains (DVC) and is coordinating the development of the P&R (Plug & Respond) rapid response data space and manufacturing network under the Eur3ka initiative.
