Giulia Mariuz is a Partner in the SOAR (Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulations) and PaC (Privacy and Cybersecurity) practices of Hogan Lovells in Italy.

Since 2013, her practice within the firm has focused on e-commerce, Information Technology and data protection, involving also more traditional commercial and contractual law work. She assists some of the major players in the industry, including e-commerce platforms, social networks, search engine providers, AI providers, and cloud computing service providers. In addition, she provides legal support in all data, personal data, privacy and AI related matters to Italian and multinational companies, with a special focus on digitalization. Giulia provides clients with day by day legal assistance on commercial matters and in case of proceedings before Italian authorities, such as the Data Protection Authority or the Consumer Authority.
