Founder and CEO of &trust | Smart Compliance Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in corporate compliance solutions, including assistance, training, audits, and risk management in areas such as Data Privacy, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Antitrust, and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC).
He holds a Law degree from the State University of Milan (1991) and a master’s degree in Foreign Trade and International Economics from the National Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE, 1993). With nearly 30 years of experience as a manager and senior executive, he has played a pivotal role in the internationalization of leading companies in highly regulated sectors, including pharmaceuticals and automotive. His leadership has spanned apex responsibilities in privacy and antitrust compliance, institutional relations, and corporate communications.
Throughout his career, he has championed the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, risk management systems, and professional training models, successfully deploying these initiatives on both national and global scales.
A long-standing board member of several industry trade associations in Italy and Brussels, he has also served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Pavia’s Center for Security Studies and Research. Currently, he contributes to the media landscape as a board member of two prominent online newspapers.
