Elena-Cristina leads the unit responsible for GDPR Certification and codes of conduct activities at the CNPD Luxembourg. Since November 2024, she has also served as the coordinator for the Compliance E-government and Health subgroup of the European Data Protection Board. This role provides her with a comprehensive view of certification activities across Europe and the interaction between GDPR, the Data Governance Act, and other data-related regulations.
In addition to her extensive auditing experience, Elena-Cristina has a strong financial and economic background, with eight years of experience in the field. She holds a Master's Degree in Financial Engineering from Paris IX Dauphine University in France.
