I am Partner and Head of the Privacy and Data Protection Department at WST.

I have been involved in privacy for more than 20 years and in this field I have held and still hold the position of Data Protection Officer for major Italian companies and also in the public sector.

I assist our clients in compliance and litigation as well as contractual matters related to the privacy sector of the Internet & E-commerce and new technologies; I have gained extensive experience in legal advice on data protection for leading Italian and multinational companies, across many sectors such as industry, banking, insurance, fashion as well as Local Authorities and Public Administrations.

I publish articles on data protection and privacy law and I am a speaker at workshops and conferences.

I am certified as a “Data Protection Officer – UNI 11697:2017”.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), I have worked as an Associate in the Corporate and Litigation department of one of the ‘Big Four’ law and tax firms for several years.
