She is the co-founder and CEO Africa & Europe at Tech Legality, a consultancy firm specialising in human rights and digital technologies. Further, she holds the position of Assistant Professor for Law and Digital Technologies at eLaw – Center for Law and Digital Technologies (Leiden University, Netherlands). Sabine is a CDT non-resident fellow.
