Shana Morgan is the Global Head of AI / Privacy at L3Harris Technologies, Inc., a Fortune 250 aerospace and defense company with approximately 48,000 employees, and operations in over 100 countries. Shana developed, implemented, and currently leads L3Harris's Global AI / Privacy program. She is AIGP, CIPP/E, CIPM, and FIP certified and serves on the IAPP’s AI Governance Training Board. As a proud Cherokee Nation citizen who has lived in both Germany and the United States, Shana brings a multicultural perspective and deep understanding of the intersection of privacy, technology, and culture to her work. A frequent speaker, active member, and leader in the Privacy and AI Governance communities, Shana is passionate about advancing global privacy and responsible AI practices.
