Nathaly is a compliance leader with 20 years of industry experience operating at the intersection of law, technology, policy, and operational compliance, with a strong focus on risk management.
She is currently the global director for Google Cloud's regulatory affairs. Her international team drives strategic programs to enable Google Cloud to meet regulatory expectations worldwide in areas such as privacy, cybersecurity, and resilience.
Before that, she headed Google Cloud's global privacy compliance team, led EMEA’s public policy efforts in the areas of data protection, cybersecurity & data governance, and drove major compliance transformation programs such as GDPR for Cloud.

Prior to Google, Nathaly served as the Executive Director of the Spanish Cybersecurity Association, and worked as a legal counsel for several multinational corporations. She holds an LL.M. in IT Law and a Ph.D. in Cloud Computing and Privacy.
