Tommaso Bonetti is Full Professor of Administrative and Public Law (University of Bologna - Department of Legal Studies).
After graduating in Law, he obtained a Ph.D. in Administrative Law.
He is also Professor at Specialisation School for Public Administration Studies (SPISA) and at Bologna Business School (BBS).
He has worked as Legal Counsel to the Italian Minister for the Environment, Land and Sea.
He has been Member of the Unit for Simplification and Quality of Regulation at the National Department for the Simplification and Public Administration.
He is often invited as a Speaker at Scientific Symposia and Seminars.
He has published monographs, books and several articles in Law Journals on administrative law, administrative due process, public procurement, urban law and environmental law.
He is a qualified lawyer specialized in administrative law matters.
