Luis Óscar Bueno Sánchez is a Technical Engineer in Management Computing from the Pontifical University of Salamanca and a Graduate in Information Systems Engineering from the Catholic University of Ávila. He has developed his professional career in different areas such as Business Solutions Consultant, Trainer and IT Technician, working for companies such as: Salamanca Office Systems (CANON), CEDETEL and Liteyca, among others.
