Paulo Nunes -Financial Manager of the Portuguese National ICT Cluster - TICE.PT since February 2010, is the main responsible for monitoring and controlling the financial execution of Portuguese National Strategic Reference Framework projects; production of the cluster annual reports; direct contact with accountants, Banks, Suppliers, Governmental and others interface. Previously he was Credit and Client Manager at RECER, a Portuguese industry tiles company. Paulo is graduated in Economics by ISEG-UTL.
