Mark is an award-winning Executive Search Consultant in the Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science markets. With an academic background in Business and a Masters in Strategic Management Planning from UCD’s Smurfit Business School, Mark has been involved in the technology industry since 2007.

Mark has deep knowledge on how to build meaningful relationships, recruitment, leadership, customer service and scaling technology companies. His passions are bringing people together, changing people’s lives for the better and creating a positive social impact emerging technologies can have on society. Mark is also the founder of AI Ireland, a not-for-profit organisation which is aimed at promoting Ireland as a European Hub for Artificial Intelligence. 

Mark also interviews some of the world’s top Data Science, Machine Learning and AI experts sharing this insight through the AI In Action Podcast. He regularly speaks at conferences and events on interesting applications of Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence in Business, his predictions for the Future of Data Science Careers and career tips for up and coming data scientists.

Mark is also a big fan of personal development. In his podcast What I Know Now, he interviewed leaders across the world on what advice they would share with their 18-year-old self knowing what they know now.
