Journalist specialising in digital media and technology. She has been Director of Product in two media news sites, eldiario.es and Vozpópuli. At eldiario.es she also launched and was the editor of the technology section. Previously she has been director of contents at Hipertextual, one of the biggest blog networks in Spanish, and deputy director at Agora News, a video news agency. 

She has been writing her blog marilink.net since 2004, and has been part of various projects related with digital journalism, information and technology in Spain, Argentina and other countries. After almost 20 years exploring the Internet and its evolution, she interested in its future, concerned about its gaps and enthusiastic about its possibilities as a space for freedom, knowledge and creation.
