Dr. Jim Segala

Dr. Jim Segala has over 30 years of experience in the scientific and engineering fields designing and building complex experimental systems. Dr. Segala holds a Ph.D. in Physics as well as advanced degrees in engineering. For over nine years Dr. Segala was an active researcher at the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin where he performed experiments in the area of quantum entanglement, quantum optics, vacuum polarization, and neurobiology. Also, he investigated several medical injury cases that occurred at known UFO hotspots.

Dr. Segala's other research interests are in the area of computational analysis of complex chemistry, biology, electrodynamic, and mechanical systems. Dr. Segala has published several peer-reviewed journal papers in the areas of radiobiology, advanced medical imaging, and other biophysics topics. In addition to his other career obligations, Dr. Segala is currently the Chief Scientist at the Skinwalker Ranch.
