Jim Morse is the manager of the infamous Skinwalker ranch. A successful and celebrated real estate developer and entrepreneur, Jim has also dedicated 25+ years to the Native American communities in the Intermountain West, creating scholarship funds for their youth and fostering programs for American Indian Services. His deep respect of the Native American culture has earned him honored positions and relationships with tribal leaders lending him a unique insight to a ranch steeped in Native American lore and curse.


Jim has over 40 years of experience in the Intermountain real estate marketplace. Following an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force in 1973, where he held a Top Secret Security clearance, Jim obtained a BA in real estate finance and construction. He embarked in a modest career as a mailman and began purchasing properties on his route earning him the nickname the “Million Dollar Mailman.” Jim’s story was told in the best selling business book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.


Jim is well known and beloved in the Utah business community for his natural warmth and charitable nature. He has donated generously of his time and resources to many advisory boards and charities. Jim served on the Military Advisory board for the State of Utah and was allowed to tour Area 51 with Utah Senator Jake Garn. He is often referred to as “the most interesting man in the world.”
