Olivia Jones is Arena Stage's Training Programs Manager, administering the Allen Lee Hughes Fellowship program. Previously, Olivia served as Roundabout's inaugural Community Partnerships Coordinator, building relationships and developing innovative pre-and post-show engagement in each of Roundabout’s five Broadway theater spaces. She assisted in the execution of Roundabout’s Relaxed Performances and accessible programming. Olivia was a recipient of the inaugural APAP|NYC 2020 Duke Access Award identified as a field leader representing expertise in racial equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout the performing arts field. Olivia's educational background includes an MFA in Arts Leadership from Virginia Tech and a BA in Theater from Cal Poly Pomona. Recent workshops and speaking engagements include collaborations with Lincoln Center's Interconstituent Access Council (including New York City Ballet, Juilliard, Chamber Music Society, New York Philharmonic, Lincoln Center Theater, and Jazz at Lincoln Center,) BRIC, Trusty Sidekick, Roundabout Theatre Company, NY Transit Museum, the Museum of the City of New York, American Theatre Wing, ART/NY, & Utah Shakespeare Theatre Festival.
