Broadway Con attendees are invited to a special screening of SuperYou – Drive In Concert! SuperYou (www.superyoumusical.com), an empowering women-driven rock musical by Lourds Lane, was the first theatrical production to perform live during the pandemic of 2020. One month after the show was supposed to have opened at the Daryl Roth Theater in NYC, but was forced to shut down due to the pandemic, SuperYoustaged safe, socially-distanced shows on pick-up trucks at a drive-in in Amenia, New York. Join us to enjoy the full SuperYouconcert production and behind-the-scenes footage of this historic event, featuring performances by Kennedy Caughell (Beautiful), LaVon FIsher WIlson (Chicago), Molly Tynes (Pippin), Brie Cassil (The Marvelous Wonderettes), and writer/composer, Lourds Lane. Following the screening, Broadway on Demand’s very own host of Broadway Fanatic, Laura Heywood (@BroadwayGirlNYC) will interview creator Lourds Lane.
