Stephanie Sciandra Smith is the Senior Creative Group Director at Situation–a digital-first agency best known for building passionate communities and driving meaningful action for leading global brands. She oversees the agency's evolving multi-platform creative strategy for arts, entertainment, and attractions clients. With a deep understanding of fandoms ranging from musicals to Marvel, Stephanie has spent the last 11 years spearheading award-winning creative campaigns for clients including NBCU Cable Entertainment, Roundabout Theatre Company, The Tony Awards, and Broadway hits like MJ, Mean Girls, Dear Evan Hansen, Jagged Little Pill, and The Color Purple. Stephanie is proud to be on the Advisory Board for Maestra (a nonprofit organization providing support, visibility, and community to the women and nonbinary people who make the music in the musical theater industry) and a member of Broadway Women’s Alliance (a peer-to-peer networking and programming organization for female-identifying professionals on the business side of Broadway).
