Joe Barros (he/him) is an award-winning queer director, choreographer and writer working on Broadway, Off-Broadway, regionally, internationally, and in film. Barros has been the Artistic Director of New York Theatre Barn for the past 15 years (an inclusive home for original culture shifting musicals during incubation), A&R Director of Theatre Barn Records (an imprint of Broadway Records), and host of Broadway Podcast Network’s podcast The Musicals of Tomorrow.
