Zeynep Akça is a Brooklyn-based director, producer, and educator. She is originally from Istanbul, Turkey and recently made her Broadway debut as the directing apprentice on Sam Gold's Macbeth. She is currently working on developing new and reimagined works with fellow artists as a freelance director and as the artistic director of No Exit Theatre Collective. ​Her favorite credits include: Twelfth Night (Match:Lit), Dangerous Games (Brick Theater: ?! Festival), [HAMLET CURSE QUOTE] (The Tank Pride Fest), This Isn’t What It’s Supposed to Be… (devised with No Exit Theatre Collective), and The Argentinian Prostitute Play (BBTF).
