Colleen is the Executive Director of the Holmdel Theatre Company, a black box theater housed in a 99-seat, 150 year old historic barn in New Jersey. During the pandemic, she led the Company to pivot by producing outdoor shows and livestream events including co-producing (with Out of the Box Theatrics) the 2021 Drama League nominated livestream presentation of The Last Five Years along with livestream productions of their award winning "Broadway at the Barn" series and the short "Let the Chips Fall Where They May." She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Roundabout Theatre Company and Out of the Box Theatrics. She is a founding board member of the Broadway EveryDay Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of musical theatre changemakers through unique and enriching theatrical training programming. Colleen also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council at Tulane University.
