KIARA BROWN-CLARK is a native New Yorker (whoa!) and an AEA professional Dancer, Singer, Actress, Educator, Choreographer, and Producer. She holds a M.F.A. in Dance & Choreography with a concentration in Musical Theatre from Smith College, and a B.F.A. in International Relations from The State University of New York at Geneseo. As a performer, choreographer, and producer, she has worked extensively in NYC and throughout the world. Notable credits include Disney’s Mary Poppins, Dreamgirls: The 25th Anniversary starring Jennifer Holliday, Once on This Island, The Wiz, Cabaret, Hair, Violet, A Chorus Line, ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, and has choreographed over 200 professional projects throughout her career! Kiara can also been seen reveling in the magic at Disney Theatrical Group as the Coordinator of Education & Audience Engagement, a Senior Teaching Artist for Disney Musicals in Schools (DMIS), a Choreographer for Disney-MTI Musical licensing projects, and sits as the co-chair of the Disney African American & Black Business Employee Resource Group (BERG). She is also the Musical Theatre Program Director at St. Joseph’s School-Yorkville, and sits on the Fundraising Committee for the Brooklyn Children’s Theatre (BCT).
