David W. Connolly is currently the only amputee to have performed on Broadway, a statistic he's anxious to change. He will be joined by other disabled advocates from the performing arts community to identify actionable steps toward improving disabled representation on stage and off. The wave of inclusive change is stronger now than ever; how do we educate and empower the industry to realize the benefits of embracing this seismic and necessary shift?
