Music Directing on Broadway

Music Directors on Broadway are in charge of all of the musical elements that go into building and maintaining a show, including collaborating with the composers, arrangers, orchestrators, and copyists, guiding the musical performances from the actors and pit musicians, and conducting and/or playing the show every night!
