Matt Cox is a playwright, actor, improviser, and former comic book retail associate based in New York City. His play Puffs, or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic is currently playing Off-Broadway at New World Stages, and he is also its social media manager. Other work includes: Kapow-i GoGo, Happy Little Trees: A Bobyssey, Cool Chefs Jr., The Kapow-i GoGo Holiday Special and the upcoming Magnificent Revengers. He authored the radio play El Hombre Bovino for WNYC’s The Greene Space. His work has been produced at New World Stages, The Elektra Theater, The PIT, The Tank, and The Flea Theater, among other places. He is a director for The Story Pirates.
