As COO of SpotCo, Aaliytha is the first and only African-American woman in a C-Suite position at a theatrical advertising agency in NYC. Prior to her current role, she founded SpotCo's Direct Mail and Print Services Department, Operations Department, and Human Resources Department. Throughout her 17-year tenure, she has championed fair workplace practices focusing on organizational development, company structure, staff training, financial oversight, and compensation and benefits. Promoting partnerships in diverse communities and taking on personal mentoring roles, she continues to empower a new generation of employees, encouraging awareness of careers in entertainment advertising in neighborhoods traditionally underserved by the theatrical community. She also proudly co-chairs the Multicultural Taskforce at The Broadway League, and sits on their Diversity & Inclusion committee.
