Josh Ellis started his career as a Broadway publicist exactly 50 years ago. The shows he publicized include the original "Into The Woods," "Fences," "42nd Street," "Nicholas Nickleby," "Big River," "The Elephant Man, and the award-winning revivals of "The King and I" (Yul Brynner), "Peter Pan" (Sandy Duncan), "Dracula" (Frank Langella) and "Morning's at Seven" (1980). He is particularly happy that Broadway now has a Lena Horne Theatre. He publicized her now-legendary "Lena Horne: The Lady and Her Music." Josh tells his theatre stories in his one-man show: "Call My Publicist! -- The Starry Education of a Broadway Press Agent."
