Jen Rudin is an award-winning writer, casting director, and podcast host who began her decades-long career in show business as a child actor at age eight. Rudin is the author of Confessions of a Casting Director: Help Actors Land Any Role with Secrets From Inside the Audition Room (HarperCollins) which is also now a podcast. 

Jen was a casting executive at The Walt Disney Company for seven years, overseeing feature animation casting and Disney's Broadway division. She has cast live-action and animation projects for Amazon, Google Spotlight, Lionsgate, Disney Junior, and Nickelodeon and the recent short film she also wrote and produced, Lucy in the Sky starring Whoopi Goldberg.
