Attendee Check-In and Customer Service
Once you arrive at the Hilton Midtown, come by the 2nd level with a printed copy of your ticket. We will scan your ticket and exchange it for a convention badge. This badge must be worn at all times during the event.
Attendees under the age of 18 attending BroadwayCon without a registered parent or legal guardian must bring a signed permission form when they check in. A link to the form can be found here.
Accommodations for People with Disabilities
BroadwayCon is accessible to all attendees! When registering, you will be asked if you have a disability that will impact your time at the event, and if so, you will be prompted to tell us about what we can do to make your experience better. This includes, but is not limited to, attendees who are hard of hearing, low-vision, have mobility impairments, or need a quiet place to rest during the convention. Please head over to the Customer Service Desk where they will assist you in making the most of your time here at BroadwayCon!
