Dr. Caroline Kyungah Hong is an Associate Professor and the Director of Graduate Studies in English at Queens College, CUNY. Her research and teaching are focused primarily on Asian American literature and popular culture. Most recently, she has published articles on Asian American graphic narratives like Gene Luen Yang’s "Boxers and Saints" and GB Tran’s "Vietnamerica," and she is currently finishing a scholarly book on Asian American comedy titled "Funny Asians."
