Shakespeare has wielded great influence on many works of contemporary literature and storytelling. Which echoes of the Bard do we see in A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of Thrones? In particular, this session will examine and speculate on the similarities between the meta-narratives of Stannis Baratheon and Macbeth, both from a show and a book perspective.
