You received an email with instructions if you pre-registered for the cosplay contest. Waitlist slots are available for those who did not pre-register to be judged. Judging will be held from 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm. Those who did not pre-register will be seen as time permits. All registered entrants must check in by 12:30 if they wish to be judged in the first session, or 3:30, at which point, all available time slots will be opened to the waitlist. 

Awards will be announced during the cosplay showcase from 7-9pm in the MainStage. Please arrive outside of the MainStage no later than 6:50 in order to participate in the evening event. Participation in the parade portion of the event will be open to any attendee wishing to participate. Following the parade, the top 30 contestants (as chosen by our judges) will be called back onto the stage to share more about their costumes.

IF YOU ONLY WISH TO WALK IN THE PARADE
Please arrive outside the MainStage no later than 6:50.
