At GeekyCon, everyone is passionate about something (usually lots of somethings!) When your passion expands beyond fictional stories to real-world causes, it’s time to take action. But how do you rally other people for your cause and stay true to the morals and optimism you’ve learned from fandom? Join leaders of the Harry Potter Alliance for a presentation on how they’ve successfully done just that for the past eleven years and how you can begin to do the same in your own life. Get ready to power up from fan to fan activist.
