Emily Strand has taught religion at the collegiate level for nearly 20 years. She is author of two books, co-editor of three scholarly anthologies, and has published several essays on religious and literary themes in popular culture. Emily co-hosts the podcasts Potterversity and Meet Father Rivers and writes the blog LiturgyandLife.com. She is a proud member of the Rebel and 501st Legions, Lucasfilm-affiliated Star Wars costuming associations.
