Cracking the Planetary Code is about alchemy, metals, planets, Greek gods and the soul. It describes how the seven Harry Potter books fit into a framework presented in a 1960 book by Titus Burkhardt called Alchemy. The talk connects the spiritual meaning of literary alchemy with the symbols in the Harry Potter books. This talk builds on work presented in previous conferences by John Granger. Erin's essay on this topic is published in the book Harry Potter for Nerds edited by Travis Prinzi and published by Unlocking Press.
