Jessie Sarber is an English teacher with a Master's in Teaching, and she is currently teaching high schoolers reading skills in St. Louis. For her, teaching is a natural consequence of being a nerd--she is so excited about literature and writing that she wants to share it with everyone. She's never known how not to be a nerd, and this big beautiful world of fandom that fans have built is one of her favorite places to nerd out about sci-fi stories and feminism.
